Another AirFryer #BasicAF dessert win with the prebiotic fibre power of oats. Top with your favourite probiotic rich yogurt like @yoggu.yogurt for a 1-2 🥊 for your gut health and taste buds!
Mix the following together as your airfryer heats up to 375
1/2 cup @onedegreeorganics ground up oats
1 serving @withinusnatural marine collagen
1 scoop banana cinnamon @truvani
1/2 mashed ripe banana
2/3 cup nut milk
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of Ceylon cinnamon and sea salt
Hidden nutrient optional mix ins:
For healthy fats and fibre
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
For glycine and collagen
Sub some nut milk for bone broth
For vitamins and minerals
Add mashed pumpkin, sweet potato, avocado to the mashed banana. You may need less liquid if adding more mashed veggies.
Pour 2/3 of the mix into a greased dish. Then press a tasty treat into the mixture like a @middaysquares or @justins PB cups or keep it even more basic AF and simply add a few tbsp of PB and square of dark chocolate. For added sweetness you can throw in some @nutiva coconut manna. Top with the remaining batter and bake for 20-30 minutes (more time for a cakey consistency).
